We are Maddalena and Salvatore, Italian architects, originally from Caserta near Naples, with a great passion for Italy, its treasures and its cuisine. Our classes are about more than cooking, they're also about our history and life in Italy. We are ready to give you a detailed Sketch of Italy (the Italian language, the places to visit, the typical dishes, the famous songs, the Italian culture.)

From our cooking classes, we grew. We started leading small-group trips back to Campania, first for ourselves, then for anyone who wanted to see the real version of the region, not just the highlight reel.
