Ways to Cook, Eat, and Gather With Us
Cooking classes are where we started, everything else grew from the same table.
Small, Hands-On Cooking Classes
Our classes are small on purpose, you're cooking, not watching. We currently host classes at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton and with Maple Valley Parks & Recreation, where guests learn to make fresh pasta by hand - farfalle, tagliatelle, and other seasonal shapes - the way we learned growing up in Caserta. No experience needed, just curiosity.
Bring Us to Your Celebration
Birthdays, date nights, team gatherings, holiday parties, we bring the pasta, the stories, and the hands-on cooking to your event. We also run seasonal specials, like our Valentine's cake-decorating evening, in addition to our regular pasta classes.
Ask About a Private EventSmall-Group Trips to Italy
Once a year, we lead a small group back to Campania (carefully curated, deeply personal, unforgettable by design). This isn't about seeing Italy. It's about feeling it. We ran a Sketch of Italy journey in May 2026, and our next small-group culinary & cultural trip is already in the works.

Not everyone wants a group trip. Some people just want to go on their own. We help you plan the Italy trip you're picturing: where to stay, where to eat, what's actually worth the detour. If you need a hand booking tickets or making reservations at restaurants along the way, we can help with that too.
Ask About Trip PlanningThe Ingredients We Actually Use
Explore the authentic tastes of Italy with ingredients from our favorite vendors. We import a small selection of the goods we use in class, including Caputo flour and fresh mozzarella, available for anyone who wants to bring a little more Italy into their own kitchen.
